TV star Natalie Gruzlewski tries Surfdancing
Surfdancers had a great time showing professional surfer Luke Egans girlfriend Natalie Gruzlewski how to Surfdance at the Noosa River Mouth. The beach component of the Surfdancing Class The Surfdancing class given by Surfdancer Director Kristy Quirk started with a group salute to the sun on surfboards. The cardio funk warm up was supported by Noosa percussionists that played throughout the morning. After warming up the surfdancing class involved learn to surf technique in a dance routine followed by Surfdancer moves on the surfboards on the beach. The ocean component of the Surfdancing Class Surfdancers demonstrated synchronised surfing, surfdancer moves, surfing with hula hoops and twirling on the waves.

Surfdancer hopes to attract sponsorship
Surfdancer is currently looking for sponsorships and strategic partnerships with first preference given to holistic companies. 8 levels of sponsorship are currently available. Surfdancing Competitions Opportunity exists for the first ever Surfdancing competition to be held as a professional event judged by a qualfied selection of dance and surf experts. The Surfdancing competition would consist of a beach and ocean component and would attract experienced surfers and trained dancers. Opportunity also exists for surfdancing teams, syncronised surfing, dance choreography and wave sharing. Surfdancing is designed for the beginner to advanced level. Pictured to the left surfdancers are using neo-classical arm movements while sharing a wave on their knees. Surfdancers are seen in the surfdancer uniform colours of pink, yellow and orange.
